Eligibility
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or an exchange.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges are only accepted for sizing issues.
Process
- Initiate the Request: Contact us at support@alhaqthobes.com within the 14-day window to initiate a return or exchange.
- Approval: Wait for the return or exchange to be accepted. Once accepted, you will receive the returns address.
- Shipping the Item: Ship the item within 3 days of receiving approval; otherwise, the request will be rejected.
- Postage Receipt: Send a picture of the postage receipt to support@alhaqthobes.com.
- Include Packing Slip: Please ensure the packing slip is included in the return package.
Non-Refundable
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
