CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POSTAGE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility

  1. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or an exchange.
  2. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  3. Exchanges are only accepted for sizing issues.

Process

  1. Initiate the Request: Contact us at support@alhaqthobes.com within the 14-day window to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Approval: Wait for the return or exchange to be accepted. Once accepted, you will receive the returns address.
  3. Shipping the Item: Ship the item within 3 days of receiving approval; otherwise, the request will be rejected.
  4. Postage Receipt: Send a picture of the postage receipt to support@alhaqthobes.com.
  5. Include Packing Slip: Please ensure the packing slip is included in the return package.

  1. Gift cards are non-refundable.
